Stress


Stress - turn into Stress                                                                                    4/2013

Stress can become a habit. Stress causes many health challenges issues.
These health challenges can be dealt with, if we can take a minute or two, 
to really understand how stress sips into your mental, physical, and spiritual/emotional self. It’s insidious. This can lead to unhealthy alternatives.

Mentally you may feel tired, annoyed, forgetful, insomnia. Take a mental vacation from 5 minutes to a day home alone. Vibrant colorful bunch of flowers.

Physically you may have skin breakouts, food cravings, achy tired muscles, poor circulation, acidic stomach, allergies, fatigue, etc. Water and movement like walking, dancing or what gets you going start out slow add another couple the next day, is great for this.

Spiritually your dreams or astro-projecting can give you some guidance as to how stress is affecting you emotionally. Good time to get some spiritual advice or energy work from your massage bodywork person. 

Enjoy a stress less minute or two today.
