Stress can become a habit. Stress causes many health issues. 
These health challenges can be dealt with really learn to understand how stress sips into your mental, physicial and emotional Spirit. Your food cravings, achy tired muscles, poor circulation, acidic stomach, you can feel tired, anoyed and forgetful. Insomnia. Physicially you can have skin breakouts, food, allergies, or feel fatiqued. Spiritually your dreams or astro projecting’s can give you some guidence as to how stress is affecting your complete synergystic energies.
