Mindful Exercise
Sit as still, comfortable and relaxed as you can.
Do a few inhales of breath. Exhale each slowly.
Repeat this phrase aloud continuously and pace yourself.
"Now I am aware of _________________________________.
Fill in the phrase spontaneously repeat the phrase out loud,
saying the first word that comes to mind.
Do a few times 5 or more times during a free moment.
While waiting or driving your car, showering, walking, resting, etc.
I have a word mantra I repeat to myself for a day.
Choose to just have this exercise come naturally to your mind, body and spirit.
Mindful Experiment
Notice how each area of your body feels
Energy, Chakras, mind, heart,
Belly,arms, legs and feet.
Your aura will glow and grow.
