Stress

Stress is a common mental, physical and emotional response of our society.
Stress is the insidious result in various levels of conflict
depression... illness... emotional problems... lack of concentration...
The hurried society we exist in, has found ways to keep our adrenaline levels high. Our entire systems are over loaded with many mindless actions.
Our self-inflected actions of abuse to our mind, body and spirit, radiates all levels of our day to day activities.
Understanding our source of stress, will allow elimination, of this slow insidious pressure, deteriorating our muscles, nerves, cells and systems of our being.
Understanding what triggers our generating tension and pressure,
to ourselves, will allow us to stop dwelling on what we have to do.
We can than be more aware of what we are doing now.

It takes only a moment to notice something beautiful…
As you keep noticing beauty everywhere…
you will realize that the world is an exciting place… most of the people you meet are overflowing with love…
Patience is important… true patience is the art of doing something else while good things in your life are developing…

Continue to relax for the next few minutes…
as the unconscious level of your mind is busy resolving that challenge perfectly…

When your mind has completed doing what it is required to do at this time… for now and forever…  you are completely at peace
I can relax
I am relaxing
I choose relaxed
